Block/Unblock Users

In the access user details page, you can add the access user to denylist. Then the user is shown as a denylist user in the page.

In the access user details page, you can also release the user from denylist.

Operation Procedure

Add access user to denylist:

1. In any access user related page, you can click the user name link to enter the access user details page.
2. If the user is not blocked, click the Add to Denylist link. A dialog box appears.
3. Click OK to add the user to denylist.
Release access user from denylist:

1. In any access user related page, you can click the user name link to enter the access user details page.
2. If the user is blocked as indicated in the page, click the Release from Denylist link. A dialog box appears.
3. Click OK to release the user from denylist.
