Clear Online Information

In the details page of an online access user, you can click Clear Online Information to remove the user from the all online users.

Operation Procedure

  1. In any access user related page, you can click the user name link to enter the access user details page.
  2. If the access user is currently online, click the Clear Online Information link. A dialog box appears.
  3. Click OK to remove the current user from the all online users.

Precautions

Deleting a user from the all online users does not stop the service use by the user immediately. It is recommended that you delete a user from the all online users only when the user is abnormal and therefore fails to use the services.
