Add Device

Perform this task to add devices to a location view or sub-location view.

Procedure

Click the Service tab.
From the WLAN Manager navigation tree, select View Management > Location Views to open the Location View page.
To locate a sub-location view, click a location name on the location list, click a sub-location view, and so forth, until you locate the sub-location view on the Sub-location/Device List page.
Click Add to open the Select Device page.
Select the devices that you want to add to the view.
Click OK.

Devices already in a view are not included in the device list on the Select Device page to avoid repeated addition.
On the page for selecting devices, you cannot use wildcards to query fit APs, including the asterisk (*) and the question mark (?).
