Query Device Info

This function helps you query all the following information about a device:

• Device Details: The details of the device includes device label, device status, sysOID, IP address, mask, contact, location, runtime, device model, device category, last poll, next poll, and the number of the interfaces.
• Monitoring Information: Displays the information about the services being monitored. By default, the system does not monitor any services. To add the services to be monitored,  follow the operations in Customize Monitor Service.
• If the basic network components are installed, the Recent Unacknowledged Alarms and Monitoring Information are displayed.
• If the device is a lower-level NMS device, the Modify lower-Level NMS is displayed in the right Action.

Operation Procedure

1. Click the Resource tab, and then on the navigation tree, click an IP view.
2. On the popup page, click the link of a device to enter the Device Details page.
