Irregular Node

Irregular nodes are new type of nodes that must be drawn manually. You must configure parameters for an irregular node before you draw it.

Parameters to be configured for a node vary by the node's shape. The topology supports irregular nodes of the following shapes: polygon, rectangle, ellipse, line, triangle, and star.

The topology displays irregular nodes based on their shapes and configured parameters. You can use irregular nodes as needed, such as splitting logic areas and representing obstacles.

Operation Procedure

  1. Click the Draw Background Area icon in the toolbar of the topology, or you can right-click on the blank space of the topology, and then select Draw Background Area.
  2. Configure node parameters on the dialog box that appears, and click OK.
  3. To return to the default mode, click click the Exit Edit Mode icon in the toolbar of the topology
