On the topology toolbar, click the Advanced Settings icon Save On Close Tab: Select this option to automatically save topology changes when you close the topology. If you do not select this option and there are topology changes, a prompt pops up for you to choose whether to save topology changes. This option is not selected by default. Display hidden nodes: Select this option to display hidden nodes in an IP topology, or clear this option to hide the hidden nodes. If you select this option, you can control the opacity of the nodes by setting the Opacity field. This option is not selected by default. Display high-speed links in thick lines: Display links in thin or thick lines, depending on their bandwidth values. This option is not selected by default. Double click tab to close: Double-click the tab of the current topology to close the topology. This option is selected by default. Use multiple labels: Right-click a blank area and select Device Label or Link label to display device or link labels. This option is selected by default. Label vertical distance: Set the vertical distance between a node and the node label, in the range of 0 to 99. The default is 10. AutoLayout offset: Set the node offset used for automatic layout. The default is 1. Use ErrorLevel Tick: Select this option so a device node or link in the topology flashes when an alarm of the highest level occurs. This option is not selected by default. Use Default HandMode: Change the mouse pointer to a hand shape to allow users to perform only the following tasks: Drag the background area of a topology, open or close a topology, or view the tips. This option is not selected by default. Use RouteTopo: Use the route topology. By default, the route topology is not used. Show Cloud and Device Link: Display calculated links between the clouds and devices. Show cloudLinks: Display calculated links between clouds. Bundle Link: Display only the bundle link and the number of links in the bundle if the number of links between nodes reaches the specified threshold. By default, this option is selected and the threshold is 5. Bundle Link Display alarm: Choose to use the highest or lowest alarm level among the links as the alarm level of the bundle link. Enable Delayed Delete: Use the delayed link delete feature. This option is not selected by default. The default delay time is 4320 minutes. Icon Type: Change the icon type for nodes in the topology. The icon type can be 3D Icon or 2D Icon. The default icon type is 2D Icon. GIS Map Type: Select the GIS map to be used as the background for the topology. The default map is OpenStreetMap. |

In the Global Settings tab of the Advanced Settings dialog box, you can select whether to bundle links and set the minimum number of links required for bundling. In the topology, the links between two nodes will be automatically bundled when the number of links is greater than or equal to this value. When you clear the Bundle Link box, all links in the topology will be expanded. |

The lower-level NMS operations in the topology include the lower-level NMS custom view, lower-level NMS topo, and lower-level NMS cloud management functions. To perform these operations, first add lower-level NMS devices to the topology.
